At ShuffleBrain, we work closely with our clients to develop games, puzzles and services that are easy-to-use, easy-to-play, and hard to put down. Our products appear on mobile phones, the web, game consoles, magazines, and table tops. Here are some of our recent projects.

Mouse logo.jpg is the leading subscription educational site for kids ages 2-6. Kids love it. Shufflebrain is designing a suite of mathematics learning games.


Happify is a web/mobile service. Shufflebrain helped them realize their dream of making people happier by designing a compelling daily experience based on the science of happiness.

CrowdStar came to Shufflebrain to help them design a social fashion game that included real clothes from real designers. Covet Fashion: The Game is now a major hit.

Sifteo makes delightful handheld electronic toys that combine the physicality of playing with blocks and the interactivity of computer games. Sifteo turned to Shufflebrain to help them design games for their second generation system.


Lumosity is the leading brain training site, with over 50 million members. We designed new games and re-designed Lumosity's onboarding process.

Photograb. We designed, launched and ran Photograb, an original Facebook brain game that improves your visual cognitive skills. In 2010 we sold the game to Lumos Labs, makers of the leading brain game site

Moshi Monsters. With over 30 million members worldwide, MoshiMonsters is one of the world’s most popular online games for kids. We designed puzzle games that appear within the MoshiMonsters world.


Rock Band. The hit music videogame Rock Band turned millions of living rooms into concert halls. We designed the community strategy and online social features for Rock Band. These social features helped players link up with other players to form bands.

The Sims. We designed cross-playform social systems and features for The Sims, and The Sims Online. Our work included internal design seminars & training for Electronic Arts studios & executive staff.


Bejeweled. Bejeweled, from PopCap, is the game that launched the casual web game revolution. Ten years after its debut it remains a must-have game on every platform. PopCap came to us to design the puzzle mode of Bejeweled II.

eBay. eBay is a web service that incorporates many social game mechanics. We helped eBay refine the design of their Feedback Forums and seasonal events programming. We also co-designed the original Power Sellers and About Me features.

Railroad Rush Hour. ThinkFun is the leading manufacturer of brain-stimulating physical games for kids, distributed in toy stores worldwide. We have designed many games for ThinkFun, including the best-selling Railroad Rush Hour.
